Quick Summary

7 days to request a return from the date of delivery. Free reverse pickup across India. Full refund within 5–7 business days of receipt & inspection. Strollers must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you received the order. The 7-day clock starts on the delivery date confirmed by our courier partner. Requests raised after 7 days are not eligible for return, but may still qualify for warranty service (see Section 10).

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Items that fail any of the above conditions may be rejected at inspection and shipped back to you at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

Damaged-on-arrival or defective items are always covered — see Section 7 below.

4. How to Request a Return

Initiate your return in any of these ways:

  1. Email customercare@hababy.co.in with subject line “Return Request — [Order Number]”
  2. WhatsApp our customer care team (24/7 response)
  3. Reply directly to your order confirmation email

Please include the following in your request:

Our team responds within 24 business hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and pickup schedule.

5. Reverse Pickup & Inspection

Once your RMA is approved, our logistics partner schedules a free reverse pickup from the original delivery address, typically within 2–4 business days. You do not need to drop the item off anywhere.

Packing instructions

Once received at our warehouse, items are inspected within 2 business days. If the item meets the return conditions, your refund is initiated immediately. If it fails inspection, our team contacts you with options.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection. Banks may take an additional 2–5 days to credit your account.

7. Replacement & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or wrong, we will replace it free of charge. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the RMA process above.

What qualifies for replacement

Replacements ship within 2–3 business days of approval. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a full refund.

8. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order must follow the regular return process after delivery.

9. Warranty Repairs

All Hababy strollers carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering structural and mechanical defects under normal use. Warranty service is separate from the 7-day return policy and applies after the return window has closed.
